THE POSITION

Above all, this MD must be a rainmaker. He/she will have a strong business development track record and be capable of generating fees in any market condition. This is an opportunity to grow an already established business and to build a team internally at this firm. Responsibilities include:

  • Drive the strategic direction of a specific industry platform, build a business plan and execute it, build a brand.

  • Lead, structure, and underwrite high quality transactions: M&A and capital raises.

  • Leverage existing firm relationships.

  • Have a well established network in the marketplace.

  • Possess an in-depth understanding of a broad range of investment banking products.

  • Manage the transaction and execution process for clients, superb execution leadership.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to other investment banking team members.

  • Support and augment the originating capability of the other investment bankers.

  • Manage Analysts, Associates, VPs and Directors.

Required Skills:

THE INDIVIDUAL

This person must be an experienced, highly motivated and talented Managing Director. This professional will have strong marketing skills and a broad network within a specific industry and the general business community as a whole, as his/her primary responsibility will be new business development, including lead generation, relationship management and initiation of investment banking engagements and oversight and management of transactions through close. Supported by an experienced investment banking professional, the managing director will be able to leverage his/her experience, network and industry specialties (e.g. industrial including manufacturing, food, business services, technology, energy, healthcare etc.) to generate high quality middle market transactions for the firm. This position represents a significant career and economic opportunity for the right individual. Personal traits should include:

Graphic Designer

Location: Altoona Office

Job Description:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for growth and P&L performance.  The CEO will take risk and grow the business.  The key to success will be moving the business along a growth track at a level of profitability in-line with financial requirements.  Specific responsibilities include:

·  Build and implement a Go-To-Market strategy to effectively grow the business.  Develop and execute sales and marketing plans across all products.

· Execute a strategy that builds on the existing business, while selecting the right products/markets mix to fuel growth.  Build the sales and marketing platform to energize the business.

Required Skills:

Candidates must have previous CEO experience growing a profitable business.  The company is seeking a great leader who can develop talent, grow sales, lower costs, improve quality, and lead in a complex environment.  Previous experience should include:

  • Outstanding P&L management and performance.  High comfort with all financial statements and balance sheet.  Adept at fiscal responsibility and accountability with a focus on providing an outstanding return on capital.  Understands LBO structure/framework/objectives; importance of cash flow.  Ideally has private equity and restructuring experience.

  • Experience creating and implementing a Go-To-Market strategy that dramatically improves sales and quality.

  • Strong distribution and direct sales experience.

  • Experience improving a culture by integrating acquisitions.

  • Experience building a strong team. 

 

Expertise Level Web Developer

Department: Programming
Location: FNI Main Office
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Description:

You'll need to be a creative thinker, detail-oriented, confident, and able to express ideas and concepts to other team members in an articulate, well thought-out manner. You'll work closely with graphic designers, project managers, and programmers but must be capable of finding solutions independently. Responsibilities will include making updates and maintaining websites.

Required Skills:

   - Expert knowledge of hand-written HTML and CSS
   - Strong experience writing clean, W3C valid and compliant code that is cross-browser compatible
   - Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver
   - Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

   - Ability to manage multiple projects and simultaneously meet deadlines
   - Good team player with ability to work closely with others
   - Understanding principles of search engine optimization is a plus

 

Web Programmer

Department: Programming
Location: FNI Main Office
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Description:

As a key member of the creative team, you must be fanatical about web standards, able to hand-write exceedingly clean, concise, and valid code. You will work closely with our Creative Director, Art Director, and Lead Programmer, but must be capable of taking a project from a completed design to a completed website. Responsibilities will include making updates and maintaining websites. Every now and then, you may detect and repair errors in websites, data or program structure, logic, or code. Most of all, you must be smart, eager, and pleasant to work with.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • BS in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Expert knowledge of hand-written HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Intermediate level PHP skills and basic SQL skills
  • Strong experience writing clean, W3C valid and compliant code that is cross-browser compatible
  • Ability to translate designs into living sites efficiently, and without relying too heavily on images
  • Experience with web development on Linux servers; this is not a Microsoft shop

Preferred Skills:

  • Flash, Actionscript, and general illustration skills are a nice bonus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
